Thank you very much for the wonderful feedback, and I've friended you back. I think that back when I first came up with this I couldn't think of a more fitting and gruesome death for Ianto - dying by Jack's hand. Then, of course, came his canon death, and changed my entire view (now I just want to see him live forever...).
